Kids Health is an award-winning website run by the Nemours Foundation. The Nemours foundation was set up as a non-profit center, that in modern times has come to run three different hospitals in the U.S. According to their own site, they are the most visited destination for people seeking information about children's health. The abbreviation stands for International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders.
